At Eusa Halal Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver fresh, quality halal products with accurate and reliable service.
Due to the nature of grocery, food, frozen, and perishable items, returns and refunds are subject to the following policy.
- Eligible for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is missing from the order
- Product arrived damaged
- Product is expired or defective upon delivery
- Serious quality issue is confirmed
- Delivery could not be completed due to our error
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns are generally not available for:
- Fresh, frozen, chilled, or perishable goods after delivery
- Opened or used items
- Change of mind purchases
- Taste preference dissatisfaction
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Missed delivery caused by customer unavailability
- Minor packaging differences from suppliers
- Time Limit for Claims
Please contact us:
- Within 24 hours for food, damaged, missing, or wrong items
- Within 3 days for non-food product issues
Late claims may not be accepted.

- Description of issue
- Photo(s) if applicable

Approved refunds may be issued as:
- Original payment method
- Partial refund
- Replacement item
- Store credit
Card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.
- Once packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Same-day delivery orders may become non-cancellable shortly after payment.
- Product Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may:
- Offer an alternative item
- Refund the unavailable item
- Cancel that portion of the order
- Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
